The Genre of Tragedy: Macbeth as the Tragic Hero.

Women and Power: Lady Macbeth, the witches and the theme of the supernatural.

Language: Imagery, symbolism and motifs.

Other characters: The function of Banquo and Macduff within the play.

Exam technique: Approaching examination questions, essay planning and sample answers.
